Occasionally we are asked to help with replacing a piece or pieces in a set of 70 year old flagstones, a step in a flight or a single edging piece.

The newly quarried blue/grey colour would be out of place. The heritage surface stone is very popular with restorations in particular, or enhancing additions to older buildings.

The surface texture is greater and the colour has mellowed. Generally an acceptable appearance can be provided.

A thickness match of the stone can be obtained for replacement pieces.

Larger areas we would require a thickness range of 30-45mm.
